Harry V. Keefe
Harry V. Keefe was director, chairman, and chief executive officer of Keefe, Bruyette, & Woods, Inc., a Wall Street investment banking firm. He also served as vice chairman of the board of trustees of Lafayette College, trustee of the Brunswick School in Greenwich, CT, director of the Bay State Milling Company and former director of Connecticut Investment Bankers Association. He was the author of numerous articles on investment and finance.
A trustee beginning in 1985, Harry Keefe was a graduate of Amherst College and Boston University Graduate School of Business Administration. Keefe Field and Keefe Hall were named after him.
Harry V. Keefe was awarded an honorary degree in 1999.
