Wheaton Forums on Women Held

The first of four annual Wheaton Forums on Women is held during the spring semester of 1974. Speakers, including Gloria Steinem, Florence Luscomb, Bernice Sandler, Gloria Schaffer and Dixy Lee Ray, examine “the contemporary situation of women.” Lectures, films, workshops, panel discussions and exhibits concentrated on such themes as women in art, women in athletics, leadership and social change.
