Evelyn Danzig Haas
Evelyn Danzig Haas 1939, trustee of the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, was a Wheaton trustee from 1977 to 1989. She also co-authored Wade a Little Deeper, Dear, a fly-fishing guide for women.
Despite her broad range of activities and interests, Evie… always made time for Wheaton. She [was] an important catalyst in the College’s effort to keep a Wheaton presence alive in San Francisco, as a member of the San Francisco Wheaton Club and by helping the success of Wheaton’s program on the West Coast.”
