Jack Sidell Elected to Board of Trustees

President and CEO of the Boston-based UST Corp., Jack Sidell was elected to the board of trustees in 1991.

Jack Sidell’s daughter, Stephanie, a member of the class of 1976, has been UST Corp.’s executive chief for just over ten years. Another daughter, Kathy Sidell Trustman, graduated from the college in 1979, and Mr. Sidell’s former wife, Barbara Fagelman Sidell, was a member of the class of 1954.

Sidell Stadium was named after Jack Sidell.

When elected to the board, Jack Sidell said of Wheaton:

There was the same sense of family that Wheaton had 40 years ago…. It’s a fabulous feeling that I think is unique.”
