Dr. Barnaby Conrad Keeney Speaks at Commencement
Dr. Barnaby Conrad Keeney, president of Brown University, speaks at Wheaton’s 124th commencement. As Brown’s twelfth president, Keeney was known for his enthusiasm and engagement with the student body. In addition to his time at Brown, Dr. Keeney held multiple degrees in history and worked for the CIA during World War II. Dr. Keeney’s speech illustrated the importance of continuing one’s acquisition of knowledge past graduation.
